Qi Flow Yoga
This class will combine sequences of classic yoga postures with the intention of guiding and directing the flow of life force energy
(called prana in yoga and Qi in Qi Gong) through our bodies for a sense of wellbeing.
If you already enjoy our yoga and Qi Gong classes or if you're feeling it's time to try something a
little different this is for you.
Expect to feel strengthened, stretched and relaxed at the end of the class.

A modern take on the ancient practice of Qi Gong.
Using gentle stretches to warm up and activate our bodies internal energy systems,
then flowing movement sequences to build strength and flexibility and bring a mindful sense of calm. Classes end with a short
relaxation and meditation.
This class can also be done from home by booking the zoom option
Dynamic Flow Yoga
This class combines dynamic flowing posture work with a focus on how yoga is a great practice for tonifying the whole body,
helping us develop co-ordination, strength and stability whilst maintaining flexibility.
